Smashbox Always Sharp Lip Liner Review, Swatches, and Pictures

Hey guys! I'm here today with a review of the Smashbox lip liner in Frenchie. The really cool thing about this lip liner is that it sharpens itself! The product comes in a plastic tube and in the the cap is the sharpener. When you twist off the cap, it automatically sharpens the product. My only complaint about the packaging itself, is that when I use it, I don't always want to sharpen it, but it will anyway. I feel like this wastes the product, but there is no way to stop it without leaving the cap off but that will make the product dry out.

The actual product is amazing though. The color is a light baby pink. It glides on smoothly but doesn't slide everywhere. After you apply it you can blend it quickly but it will set. If I feel in my entire lips it will show lines and cracks in my lips but really, any lipliner will do this. It did not fade too much though out the day, but there was a little bit. Not enough to reapply it. At the end of the day it was fairly easy to remove with a makeup wipe. I did have to go over it twice though. I think it is a decent product, but nothing incredible. I probably will try a couple more colors though. They have 16 colors, ranging from nude to pink to red. Mostly they have many shades of pink. If you would like to try this, you can for $20 here.

MAC Velvet Teddy Lipstick Review, Pictures, and Swatches

Hey guys! I'm here today to review MAC's lipstick in Velvet Teddy. This is a matte lipstick that a beige pink color with very full coverage. I feel like I don't have to keep going over my lips again and again to get the color payoff that I want, in one swipe, the color is there. On my skintone, this is a perfect nude color to wear with everything. And surprisingly for a matte, this lipstick is very smooth and creamy. It is nothing like Ruby Woo which is another matte lipstick by MAC, which is very dry and a little patchy. The constancy is very similar to the new Maybelline Creamy Matte lipsticks. This is an easy color to throw on in a hurry without lipliner. I really love this lipstick for a everyday color, of for an evening out. If you would like to try this, you can for $16 here. Now for some swatches!

Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush in Mood Exposure Review and Swatches

Hey guys! I'm here today with a review of Hourglass new Ambient Lighting Blush in Mood Exposure. I had a hard time picking out a color at Sephora because all of them are soooo pretty. This color is a soft mauve with light cream veining. It has subtle shimmer and looks glowing on the skin. This color looks very natural and stays on the skin very well. It's butter smooth and blends effortlessly. The packing it comes in is a very reflective golden-ish plastic snap closure. It's very sleek and a little thicker than a NARS blush. I cannot wait to purchase more of these! If you would like to purchase one of these you can here for $35.

First Impression - Laura Mercier Smooth Finish Foundation Powder

Hey guys! I'm here with a first impression on Laura Mercier Smooth Finish Foundation Powder. It is $45 at Sephora and comes in 20 different shades. I got mine in an order with a Sephora purchase using a coupon code so mine was free. You can use this product wet or dry, but I prefer dry because I have oily skin. I received the shade 04 and it seems to match my face perfectly. When I tried this product, I wasn't wearing any foundation and it have amazing coverage. It reminds me of NARS powder foundation, which I have a full size of. The small compact comes with a mirror and it is so adorable. When I finish this sample, I am most definately purchasing the full size. I love that you can use this product wet/dry or as a foundation or powder. I give it 10/10 :)
